I find that when my weight exceeded my comfortable weight for my height I tend to be more sluggish and tired and have less energy. i use juicing fresh fruits and vegetables a handy way to supplement one of my meals which gives me more than 6 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. Surprisingly I just dont feel tired or hungry and have a good feeling in my gut.
I also supplement one meal a day with a low GI meal with a 23% rating which is considered very good.
